The next step up is a comprehensive historic home audit, where we spend one full day at your home, and another full day creating an energy conservation plan. The Plan will record the features of the house, both photos and videos that correspond to improvement specifications. Also included is a longterm operation manual (100+ pages) for the house, outlining how it should function to preserve its historic integrity with modern day appliances. Prices can range between $1000 and $3000. A bid will be submitted after an initial consultation.
